Support Package
The Support Package includes:
A carefully chosen, experienced Adviser will be appointed to support you and your school.
| An introductory meeting | Upon joining the service, headteachers will be invited to an initial zoom meeting. In the meeting we will outline the details of the service. Headteachers from each of the schools can meet to network and discuss the support package. |
| Three Days of Support in school or working remotely. | Each year your adviser will spend three days working with you to provide advice and support. The days will run 10.00am to 4.00pm. You will have flexibility to agree when the visits will take place and you will set the agenda for each visit. By mutual agreement, visits may be split into half days. |
| Headteacher Performance Review | Headteachers may ask their adviser to carry out their performance review as part of the package. |
| Access to Additional Support and Back-up | Your adviser and our team will support you and your school between your regular visits. |
| 24 Hour Support | Headteachers will be given the out of hours telephone numbers of all our team for any issues that arise outside of normal office hours. |
| Website Resources |
You will be given access to the Advisory Service website, which is full of useful documents and resources. Your governors will also be given access to the governors’ resource section of the website. |
| Advance Notice of our Training Programme | Schools in the advisory service will be given first opportunity to book places on training. |
One Year’s Support Package Cost: £3,750 plus VAT
(or two payments of £1,875 spread out over two financial years)
